Whether you want an intimate gathering, sunset cocktails, a formal dinner or a seafood barbeque, celebrate in style at Portavadie Marina. Our staff are 100% committed to delivering exceptional service, so you can rest assured that your family and friends will be well looked after. Our flexible and affordable accommodation means that you and your guests can make a proper night (or weekend) of it.
The Lodge
Bring family and friends together under one roof at The Lodge for that special celebration. Stylish, contemporary and spacious, it is the ideal place for a party with its own kitchen and bar, comfy sofa area and a lovely outdoor terrace. Whether you want canapés and cocktails, a five-course dinner, buffet or barbeque, we can arrange it. There is an excellent sound system for music and space for a live band. The venue can cater for up to 65 people.
The rooms are both flexible and affordable, starting at just £18 per person per night including breakfast. Exclusive use of The Lodge is available - contact the team for more details.
The Watchtower
This Watchtower really does have the ‘wow factor’. At the top of the viewing tower, the large terrace affords fantastic, panoramic views of the marina and Loch Fyne. It can cater for up to 60 people and is just the place to enjoy sunset cocktails and canapés. There is also a small conservatory area that provides shelter.
The Marquee
Sitting at the heart of the marina, the Marquee is a truly fabulous venue for a big event or celebration. It is a stylish space that can cater for up to 120 dining guests. An additional 45 guests can join your party following the meal. The lovely reception area has its own bar, sofas and serving area, and is ideal for welcome drinks and canapés. It opens onto the waterfront, where there is outdoor seating and views of the marina and beyond.
The main room can be set for a formal dinner or a more informal buffet and can be styled according to your taste with linen table cloths, flowers and personalised menus. There is a state-of-the-art sound system, space for live music and a sizable dance floor.
The Marquee can even be partitioned if you only require part of the space to host a smaller event. You can also hire out the reception area for an intimate dinner with fabulous views.
